Because of the nature of my shop's items, refunds or exchanges are not available. Please be certain that the items in your cart are correct before your purchase. Thank you.

Due to the nature of the products that I offer, I do not accept Returns or Exchanges.

I care very much about the products I make as it requires a great deal of energy and time from me. Everything is made by my hands, and I care that my customers receive their items in good shape.

All physical products will be tested 100% before delivery. If the item is damaged by the processing of postage, understand that it is out of my hands. You are responsible for filing a claim with the post office about the damages.
